Flagstar Companies, which operates the Denny’s, El Pollo Loco, Carrows and Coco’s restaurant chains, is considering what bankruptcy attorneys describe as a “prepackaged” Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, according to Nation’s Restaurant News.
