Nominations Sought for Environmental Awards

Nominations are being accepted for the 1997 Excellence in Environmental Leadership Awards, sponsored by the Ventura County Economic Development Assn.
Entrants can include any business or organization involved in environmental management or selling products and services assisting industry with environmental compliance. All areas of environmental compliance will be considered: air, water, hazardous waste and solid waste.
The categories are Major Business / Government, Small / Medium Business and Nonprofit Organizations. Entry deadline is Feb. 21.
