Investment Banker Joins Sound Source Board

Sound Source Interactive in Westlake Village has announced the appointment of Robert S. Burke to the company’s board of directors, expanding the board to six members.
Burke, 44, serves as a principal of Robertson Stephens & Co., an investment banking, brokerage and investment management company. Before his involvement with Robertson Stephens, Burke was president of Gordon Biersch Brewing Co., where he oversaw the sale of the brewery to a group of private investors.
Sound Source Interactive develops, publishes and markets educational and entertainment software based on licensed content of major motion pictures and longstanding television series.
Its products are distributed in North America by Simon & Schuster Interactive Distribution Services.
