Buffalo Hills Park Upgrade Nearly Done

Children in the Buffalo Hills neighborhood will see some major improvements to the Buffalo Hills Park by the end of this month.
That is when the city expects to have completed work on the park on Port Providence.
The park improvements include installing new playground equipment, enlarging a sandlot, improving the surrounding walls and creating wheelchair access.
In all, $12,000 worth of work went into the park.
All the money was donated by the Newport Hills Community Assn.
