An Air Force judge in charge of the impending court-martial of the service’s first female B-52 pilot denied her lawyer’s request for a change of venue and a delay of the court-martial, an Air Force official said. “It’s going to go forward,” said Brig. Gen. Ron Sconyers, public affairs chief for the Air Force. The Air Force spokesman said there had been no request from Flinn for a so-called “RILO”--a resignation in lieu of court-martial. The Air Force had said that Secretary Sheila Widnall would consider such a request if it were made.
