At a recent Cal State Northridge commencement, “Tonight Show” host Jay Leno held up photos of American presidents--like FDR, Truman and Eisenhower--and asked graduates to identify them. The segment aired Thursday and, well, the students looked like they’d slept through History 101. College officials were unfazed. “You can’t always take yourself too seriously,” said spokeswoman Carmen Ramos Chandler, adding: “They went through about 15 before they could find some who didn’t know the answers.”
