Zodiac update--The Zodiac will try to extend its two-game winning streak against the team it beat for its only other victory, in the season opener. Jose Vasquez ended that game by scoring in sudden-death overtime. The Zodiac then lost four consecutive before beating the California Jaguars, 2-1, and the New Orleans Riverboat Gamblers, 1-0.
Patriot update--El Paso is in last place in the Pacific Division with five points, three behind the Zodiac. The Patriots lost to New Orleans, 3-1, Friday.
