ALL-REGION VOLLEYBALL SECOND TEAM

Nick Flanigan, Royal, 6-6 opposite hitter, Sr. All-Marmonte League selection led the Highlanders in kills and aces and was second in hitting percentage.

Stephen Wiessner, Chatsworth, 6-5 swing hitter/middle blocker, Sr. Two-time All-City 4-A selection led the Chancellors in kills and was the Northwest Valley Conference co-MVP.

John Penfield, Thousand Oaks, 6-4 opposite hitter, Sr. All-Marmonte League selection led Lancers in kills and blocks and has committed to Cal State Northridge.

Tom Haight, Highland, 6-5 middle blocker, Sr. Golden League MVP led the Bulldogs in kills, blocks and aces and is the only repeat selection to the Times’ all-region team.

Ryan Hill, Crespi, 6-5 middle blocker, Sr. Two-time All-Mission League selection led the Celts in kills and blocks and has committed to USC.

Keith Stires, Canyon, 5-11 set ter, Sr. Foothill League MVP orchestrated the offense for the Cowboys, who went undefeated in league for the second straight season.
