Weekend Garden Fest Set at Mission

The public is invited to attend the second annual Flower and Garden Festival this weekend at Mission San Juan Capistrano.
The two-day event, which runs Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will feature more than 60 local exhibitors showing everything from jungle plants and orchids to herbs and spices and birds of prey.
Set on the mission’s 220-year-old grounds, the event also includes a special children’s garden, live entertainment and tours by the mission’s volunteer garden club, the Gardening Angels.
Admission to the festival is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and children. The mission is at 31522 Camino Capistrano. Information: (714) 248-2048.
