Memorial Scheduled for Nigerian Musician Kuti

Drummer Babatunde Olatunji will join other musicians, spoken-word performers and community leaders tonight in a memorial celebration of Fela Anikulapo Kuti, the Nigerian musician and bandleader who died in August. The free event will be held in Kinsey Auditorium in Exposition Park at 7 p.m. Information: (213) 293-9719.
