A former Orange County doctor who maintained a practice in Westminster and his wife have pleaded guilty to two counts of submitting false income tax returns, U.S. Attorney Nora M. Manella said. Dr. David Dung Le, 54, and his wife, Kim Huong Le, 46, pleaded guilty late Monday. Le operated a medical practice in Westminster until 1994. His wife served as bookkeeper. At the time of the offenses, the Les lived in Laguna Niguel; they now reside in Texas.
