Water District Class to Target Use on Plants

Want to grow lush gardens with less water?
The Mesa Consolidated Water District will host a class at 9 a.m. May 2 to assist residents in landscape planning.
Participants will learn about water-saving devices, and about native plants that are useful for conservation.
