* Woodland Hills-based Foundation Health Systems Inc. said it will sell its workers’ compensation unit and take a fourth-quarter charge of $50 million to $75 million to pay higher-than-expected accident claims.
* Riverside-based Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. said it will acquire Houston-based HomeUSA Inc. for $162 million in cash and stock, as the manufactured-housing maker adds a retailer to its operations.
