Industry Execs to Share Views

Some of Los Angeles’ most prominent real estate executives and observers will share their views on market trends and issues Thursday during the midyear Real Estate Outlook Conference in Century City.
The daylong program, which is sponsored in part by The Times, will feature speeches by Nelson Rising, president of Catellus Development Corp.; John C. Cushman III, president and chief executive of Cushman Realty Corp.; and Stan Ross, vice chairman and managing partner of E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
Industry leaders, including officials from Kaufman & Broad Home Corp., Arden Realty Inc. and Trizec-Hahn Development Co.--also will be involved in a variety of panels that will discuss real estate investment trusts, international real estate markets, opportunity capital, economics and other topics.
