White Supremacists Taunted at March

About 1,000 people shouted taunts and jeers as fewer than 100 white supremacists marched through heavily secured streets in the resort town of Coeur d’Alene. Police in riot gear arrested 23 people, mostly onlookers charged with minor infractions. One tense moment came at the end of the parade when several hundred protesters surrounded five marchers returning to their vehicle. The 87 men and one woman who participated in the brief march included three wearing Ku Klux Klan garb and three who wore Nazi-style uniforms.
