A Deal for Clockwork

Huntington Beach skateboard manufacturer Clockwork Skateboards has agreed to be acquired by Carv Industries, a San Diego-based designer and maker of extreme-sports products, Carv said Wednesday. Financial terms were not disclosed. Skateboard competitor Brian Patch is a co-founder of Clockwork.
Last week, Carv also announced an agreement to buy Toobs, a manufacturer of bodyboards.
