Re “Restaurant Celebrates Return to Mall,” March 19.
Yes, Sweeney’s restaurant is back in Thousand Oaks! Those of us who petitioned and wrote letters are very pleased.
Your article mentioned that Sweeney’s had a St. Patrick’s Day celebration but failed to note the most important part--the dinner and drinks were provided by Sweeney’s but 100% of the proceeds were given to the local food bank Manna.
