A man and woman arrested in southern Russia confessed to taking part in the kidnapping of two Americans, officials said. Another suspect was at large. Mormon missionaries Andrew Lee Propst, 20, of Lebanon, Ore., and Travis Robert Tuttle, 20, of Gilbert, Ariz., were kidnapped Wednesday in Saratov, about 420 miles southeast of Moscow.
