Authorities Seek Aid in Finding 4 Fugitives

Authorities are asking for help in locating four fugitives wanted in connection with crimes ranging from kidnapping to armed robbery.
Jose Guadalupe Machado, 35, is wanted by the Los Angeles Police Department on suspicion of kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.
Detectives said Machado kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, held her against her will and then fled when he learned police were searching for him. In January, Machado allegedly used a public telephone outside Quinonez Market at 4164 Raytheon Road in Oxnard to harass the victim.
He has an injury to his left eye that causes the lid to droop, which is not shown in the accompanying photo. His nose has been broken and is no longer straight. He may be in the Oxnard area working as a laborer. Machado last lived in Inglewood.
He is described as Latino, 5 feet, 7 inches and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of “Norma” on his right fist, a woman on his left arm and a teardrop near his right eye.
Investigators from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are searching for Juan Francisco Morales, also known as Angel Gonzalez, Juan Madrid, Carlos Gonzales, Riveria Gonzalez, “Flaco,” “Moski” and “Mosco.”
Morales, 25, is wanted on suspicion of armed robbery March 15 of his former place of employment. The manager was held at gunpoint and a large amount of money and checks was stolen from a safe.
At his last known job, Morales worked at Topper Pizza Parlor in Thousand Oaks. At the time, he used the name Angel Gonzalez and lived at 1413 Calle Pimiento in Thousand Oaks.
Authorities said Morales has a long criminal history and has served time in state prison. He also has been deported as a criminal illegal immigrant. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.
He is Latino, 5 feet, 7 inches and 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and has tattoos on his back, chest and arms.
Authorities also are searching for Brie Young, a 22-year-old Korean woman wanted for failure to appear in court on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, being under the influence of dangerous drugs and three counts of felony forgery.
She was arrested in Camarillo in April on the charges but was released by a judge pending further proceedings. She is known to frequent the Silver Strand Beach area of Oxnard and her last known address was 129 Santa Rosa Ave.
Young is 5 feet, 4 inches, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She has a flower tattoo on her ankle. She also goes by the name Brie Weber.
Andres Hernandez, 20, is wanted on suspicion of grand theft auto, driving under the influence and failure to appear in court.
On July 12, he was arrested but released after he promised to appear. His last known address was 1600 W. 5th St., No. 37C, in Oxnard. His last job was at a Del Taco in Camarillo.
Hernandez is Latino, 5 feet, 8 inches, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
