Mark Jordan, whose work with the city has resulted in photographs that have won national photography awards and appeared in national museums, has been honored by the city’s Community Services Department.
Jordan received the Volunteer Recognition Award at the annual California Park & Recreation Society’s District 10 Awards & Installation Banquet last month.
City officials said Jordan has supported the parks and recreation profession for more than 13 years by volunteering his time and skills in creating photography for the city.
