Swedish Firm Acquires Assets of Sun Valley’s Gauss

The assets of Gauss Inc. in Sun Valley have been acquired by M2 Engineering in Stockholm for an undisclosed amount in a cash deal.
Gauss, a maker of high-speed tape duplicating equipment, will continue to make its Gauss and Electro Sound duplicating systems at its Sun Valley facility. The company will be renamed Gauss-M2 Corp.
M2 Engineering bought Gauss from Telex Communications Inc. in Minneapolis.
