The City Council will discuss the impending reorganization of water and sewer services in the city at its meeting Tuesday night.
Water and sewer services in South Laguna Beach will be transferred, starting June 30, 2000, from the South Coast Water District to the city. The council meets at 6 p.m. in City Hall council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-0705.
