A retired Israeli Defense Forces officer will hold a seminar on the state of affairs in Israel at Temple Judea at 7 p.m. Wednesday.Speaking will be Gen. Aharon Davidi, who founded Volunteers for Israel while serving as director of community development in the Golan Heights during the Lebanon conflict.
