Orange Coast College’s speech and debate team won its second successive tournament championship recently, capturing the Todd Lewis Invitational Tournament at Biola University in La Mirada. The OCC Pirates scored 190 points to beat 23 other two- and four-year institutions, including the South Orange County Community College District, which finished second with 141 points.
