Chamber Soloists to Perform at CLU

The California Chamber Soloists, a small professional orchestra of largely Conejo Valley-area musicians, will present a premiere performance at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Samuelson Chapel at Cal Lutheran University.
The group will perform Bach’s “Brandenburg Concerto No. 3,” Grieg’s “Holberg Suite” and Tchaikovsky’s “Serenade.”
The soloists include violinist Melissa Phelps Beckstead of Westlake Village, violinist James Hanna of Simi Valley, bassist John Hester of Thousand Oaks and cellist Joyce Geeting, director of the Cal Lutheran Conservatory of Music. Daniel Geeting, director of the University Symphony and Concert Band at the Thousand Oaks university, will conduct.
Admission is $10.
