Brothers Charged in Parents’ ‘89 Deaths

Ten years after their parents were shot to death in Noblesville, Ind., two brothers who took over the family insurance business and had offered a $100,000 reward for the killer’s arrest were charged with the crime. Brian Setters, 37, was charged with two counts of murder and held without bond. He could face the death penalty. David Setters, 40, released on $10,000 bond, was charged with two felony counts of assisting a criminal and false informing. He allegedly provided a false alibi in the February 1989 deaths.
