Re “Water District Salaries,” Ventura County letters, Feb. 28.
I am amazed by the salary raises granted by the United Water Conservation District board. In last year’s election, Neal Andrews tried to tell us about the irresponsibility of this board. We take comfort from the fact that he is still watching these rascals for us.
