Planning commissioners are expected Wednesday to approve a conditional use permit to allow CR&R; Recycling to store empty containers on 5.5 acres of the Southern California Edison property near Western Avenue. A public hearing is also scheduled on the item. The Planning Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
