Among the issues that will be discussed at tonight’s City Council meeting are a committee assessment of the community’s future and a proposal to solve the ongoing problem of hillside erosion. The council will also discuss appealing the approval of a conditional use permit to establish a chemical dependency recovery hospital at 1316 South Coast Highway.
