The City Council has agreed to provide $400,000 for additional work on the outside lanes of Fair Drive between Harbor Boulevard and Fairview Road. The council had earlier awarded a $980,000 contract to R.J. Noble Co. for street reconstruction projects on Fair Drive, Hamilton Street and Orange and Santa Ana avenues; additional funding has since been made available to expand the project.
