Fund-Raiser Will Help Choir Tour Baltic States

A Tustin church plans to take its choir on a musical tour of Lutheran churches in the Baltic states in June.
To help cover expenses, the Red Hill Lutheran Church Chancel Choir is holding a fund-raiser. The choir will provide entertainment and a silent auction from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 6. Admission to the event, at 13200 Red Hill Avenue, is $8.
Choir director Vance Wolverton, a Cal State Fullerton music professor, chose the tour site after researching the development of sacred music suppressed under Communist rule.
