2TheMart Hires Wagner as Its Finance Officer

Irvine-based 2TheMart.com Inc. said Thursday it has hired a director of a Newport Beach real estate investment trust as the company’s vice president for finance.
The online auction company, which has said it won’t be in operation until the fourth quarter of this year, has hired William Wagner to oversee the company’s operational finance, accounting and auditing practices. Wagner had been the director of financial reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities, which recently was acquired by the Irvine Co.
