Rainbow Technologies Inc.: The Irvine computer security company reported second-quarter net income of $1.7 million, or 15 cents a share, down 41% from the $2.9 million, or 23 cents a share, for the like period last year. Revenue increased 10% to $29.4 million from $26.8 million.
