Investigative Group Appoints Executive

* Investigative Group International Inc., a Washington-based investigative and consulting firm, has appointed Warren Ettinger director of its West Coast operations and general counsel in Los Angeles. A lawyer and former jurist, Ettinger was a judge in the Pasadena Judicial District and a former Los Angeles County deputy district attorney. IGI conducts investigations for companies needing assistance with litigation, due diligence, hostile takeovers, intellectual property risk and security.

* Kroll Associates, a unit of Kroll-O’Gara Co., an international investigations and intelligence firm, has added three senior-level positions to its Los Angeles office. Henry J. Kupperman has been named regional counsel and managing director; James E. Gordon, managing director; and Sergio A. Robleto, associate managing director. Kroll provides a range of security and investigative services to major corporations and governments.

* Jodi Bernstein has been named director of investor relations for Asset Management Consultants Inc., a real estate investment firm based in Granada Hills. Bernstein was most recently at Ascend Communications in Bohemia, N.Y.

* Reno Navarette has been promoted to the position of vice president of operations of West Covina-based Forsythe & Associates Inc., which operates numerous public transit and school bus systems. Navarette previously served as the company’s southwest operations regional manager.
