Santa Ana Unified School District will receive a $600,000 21st Century Community Learning Center grant from the federal Department of Education for its Project Nurture, Enrich, Support and Teach (NEST), a collaboration of community service providers and three elementary schools: Harvey, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Diamond. Project NEST provides after-school, weekend and summer programs for children and workshops and adult education opportunities for parents. Information: (714) 558-5555.
