St. Bonaventure High tries to maintain its unbeaten season by pulling rank on Harvard-Westlake today in a nonleague game at Harvard-Westlake.
St. Bonaventure (4-0), playing its last game before the start of Tri-Valley League play, is ranked No. 2 behind Cathedral in the Southern Section Division XI.
Harvard-Westlake (3-1) is seventh in Division VII.
The Seraphs have the third-ranked defense in the region and the eighth-best offense.
“The kids want to keep it going,” Coach Jon Mack of St. Bonaventure said. “Our goal in the preseason was to get better every week, and we’ve done that. This is going to be a great measuring stick for us.”
