* Ryland Group Inc. said it will move its corporate headquarters from Maryland to Southern California’s Conejo Valley by July 2000. A specific site has not yet been identified. As part of the move, the home building and mortgage finance company said it will lay off 100 employees in its corporate offices, keeping only 15.
