Southern Baptists in Fort Worth are asking members to pray that Jews will convert to Christianity this month during Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, and Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement. Rosh Hashanah is Saturday and Yom Kippur is Sept. 20, with both celebrations beginning at sundown the day before. The guide urges Baptists to “to pray for Jewish individuals you know by name.”
