Fidelity National Boosts Stock Buyback Plans

Fidelity National Financial Inc. said Monday it increased the number of shares in a stock buyback program to as much as 6 million. The Irvine national title insurance underwriter and real estate services company said it already has repurchased 3.9 million shares.
The stock, which has lost nearly 53% of its value so far this year, closed Monday at $14.38 a share, up 13 cents.
