* Robert Williams has been named a principal of Financial Institutional Partners Mortgage Co. LP in Irvine. Williams, who joined the company at its inception in March 1998 as a managing director, is responsible for underwriting, processing and funding loans originated through retail and wholesale delivery channels. Previously, he was a vice president in the multifamily banking department of Home Savings of America, and a senior vice president at Great American Bank in San Diego.
* Doug Lincoln has been named new car sales manager for Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, formerly Mission Imports. He has been with the company 12 years.
* Constance Hood and Alicia Kelly have joined the facility at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton. Hood formerly practiced bankruptcy and commercial law at a San Francisco firm and taught at Golden Gate University School of Law and University of Arkansas School of Law. As a practicing attorney, Kelly specialized in domestic relations and civil litigation.
