Ron Wildermuth, spokesman for the Orange County Water District, will give a presentation on the proposed ground water replenishment system at Monday’s City Council meeting. The $400-million system would be jointly operated by the water district and the Orange County Sanitation District. It would provide purified waste water to about 200,000 north and central Orange County homes. Board members from both districts are expected to vote on the project in 2001. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 300 Centennial Way. Information: (714) 573-3025.
