Among the new and revised stock ratings issued Monday by Wall Street analysts:
* Bamboo.com Inc. (BAMB; $22.75, up $1.50) was rated “buy” in new coverage by Dain Rauscher Wessels, with a target price of $35.
* Clearnet Communications Inc. (CLNTF; $16.69, up 38 cents) was downgraded to “neutral” from “attractive” by Bear Stearns.
* EchoStar Communications Corp.(DISH; $90, down $7) was downgraded to “hold” from “buy” by CE Unterberg Towbin, with a target of $92.
* General Electric Co. (GE; $122, up $2) was named a “Focus 1 selection” by Merrill Lynch, with a target of $150.
* General Motors Corp. Class H (GMH; $57.06, up 56 cents), a tracking stock for GM’s Hughes Electronics unit, was raised to “strong buy” from “buy” by CE Unterberg Towbin, with a target of $85.
* Harley-Davidson Inc. (HDI; $52.25, down 50 cents) was rated “buy” in new coverage by Dain Rauscher Wessels, with a target of $63.
* Paychex Inc. (PAYX; $32.63, down 6 cents) was raised to “buy” from “hold” by Warburg Dillon Read, with a target of $42.
