* Francisco Bertot has been named director of the Center for International Trade Development for Rancho Santiago Community College District in Santa Ana. He was formerly director of economic development and marketing services for the Center of Excellence in Orange County. The center provides counseling, technical assistant, market research, access to international trade developments and information to companies starting international businesses in Orange County.
