Calabasas 14, Verdugo Hills 7--The Coyotes (2-1) jumped to a 14-0 lead at halftime and held on at Verdugo Hills.
Calabasas’ David Wolfe opened the scoring on a 67-yard pass from Justin Finchell with two seconds remaining in the first quarter.
Doug Marihart increased the lead, 14-0, on a seven-yard run in the second quarter.
Henry Davis scored on a three-yard run in the third quarter for Verdugo Hills (2-1).
