Online foreclosure information service RealtyTrac.com (https://www.realtytrac.com) has launched a database of foreclosure properties.
The fee-based service gives subscribers access to properties in more than 800 counties in all 50 states. It allows users to seek, research, analyze and buy distressed real estate.
RealtyTrac updates more than 600 new listings daily, it said in a statement. The Westlake Village-based company estimates that it has more than 100,000 pre-foreclosure listings, 60,000 foreclosure sales and 45,000 bank- and government-owned properties available online.
