The USS Zephyr will moor alongside the Pride of Newport, headquarters of the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum, about noon Friday for weekend tours. The Zephyr, a Navy patrol vessel, will be available to visitors from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free to the museum and tour.
The ship will depart at 8 a.m. Monday and return to her home port at the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado.
The Pride of Newport is at 151 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach.
