Friends of the Stanton Public Library will hold a book sale Sept. 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the library.
Proceeds will benefits next year’s summer reading program for children, as well as an annual children’s Christmas party. The organization is seeking donations, especially of children’s books and nonfiction. Children donating five books before the sale will receive a ticket for one free book at the book sale.
