Admission to the Discovery Science Center is free today to Santa Ana residents and on the first Monday of each month. Residents must bring a valid driver’s license or other I.D. with a Santa Ana residence listed to receive free entry for up to four people, adults or children. Visitors can experience an earthquake in the Shake Shack, lie on the Bed of Nails, climb the Rock Wall, walk through the Tornado, or visit the eight themed areas. Tickets to the 3-D Laser Theater are $1. The center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is at 2500 N. Main St. Information: (714) 542-2823.
