The Planning Commission will consider whether to grant an extension for construction of a 3,200-square-foot two-story office building on the northwest corner of Magnolia and Cerritos avenues. The Planning Commission approved the project six months ago with the contingency that construction begin 180 days after approval. The project’s director, Marc Zimmerman, has yet to receive funding for the building and asked the Planning Commission to grant an extension.
