The City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to apply for an additional $72,000 in transportation funds from the Orange County Transportation Authority for various street improvement projects.
Also, council members voted unanimously to approve painting lines to narrow the residential street of Weatherwood, as recommended by the Traffic Commission. Neighbors complained of speeding motorists on the road.
